Last Road: when is it time to head home?
Cargo, roads and risk: the central decision behind Last Road’s trading journeys.

The next deal is tempting
Last Road is a medieval trading roguelike built around a simple question: return with what you have earned, or try one more deal? A journey begins with choices about cargo, transport and protection.
Prices have a reason
The design ties trade to the supplies available in settlements. Production, consumption and deliveries shape opportunities. A successful delivery can ease a shortage, making the next shipment less profitable. The player is part of the economy rather than a spectator.
A home between journeys
The trading post connects separate expeditions. It gives the trading house a continuing history while the region is renewed between runs. These are the project’s design foundations; the artwork and development screenshots show a game still taking shape.
